Span of each breath i.e. inhaling as well as exhaling, should be the same.
Concentrate more on exhaling than inhaling.
One should do at least 30 breath cycles in one go.
Inhaling should be through the nose but exhaling can be through the mouth or nose as well.
While inhaling, target should be as low as you can reach.
Breath In, Belly Out ……………. Breath Out, Belly In.
Try to Smile while inhaling, to feel more happier ‘n good.
