This website is a presentation of my skills as a “Holistic Healer”. It is dedicated to provide you the information on overall wellness and will give you an insight of various holistic & therapeutic therapies such as Clinical Foot Reflexology, Rejuvenating Indian Head Massage, Soft & Gentle Energy Massage, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Foot Massages, to name a few.
An old saying “A sound mind lives in a sound body” simply highlights the importance of being healthy. In our stressful day-to-day lives, we have no dedicated time to pamper our bodies, to relax our minds. I believe that you cannot perform your best in any field of life unless you are in a healthy state of mind and body.
I have been practicing clinical Foot Reflexology (Acupressure) since last 21 years. Apart from clinical Foot Reflexology, I have expertise in Head Massage, Spa body Treatments (including Aroma oil massage, Swedish massage), Traditional Thai Massage, Chair Massage, Foot Massage, Body scrubs, Body wraps etc. Also, I have done 1st, 2nd & 3rd degree courses in Reiki, and Basic & Advanced courses in Pranic Healing. With a vast experience of more than two decades in the Spa Industry, I’ve been able to evolve my own signature therapies like Soft & Gentle Energy Balancing Therapy, Rejuvenating Indian Head & Neck Therapy, and Therapeutic Foot Reflexology. All of them are nice blends of various therapies with a touch of very soothing, powerful healing energies of Reiki. All of these are very therapeutic, result-oriented and extremely relaxing as well.

- Associated with Malti Homoeopathy cum Physio therapy Clinic, Gurgaon as on-call Reflexologist from March 2003 till December 2005.
- As on – call Reflexologist in ‘Upchaar’ for senior citizens New Delhi from Nov. 1998 to Jan. 2002.
